Comments about Motorcraft 5W-30 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil (1 qt.):
I try to stick to the Mfr's recommended oil to maintain warranty and service interival. Ford suggests 7500 mile changes under normal use but that is using their synthetic blend not conventional oil like they use at quick lube establishments.

Comments about Motorcraft 5W-30 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil (1 qt.):
Motorcraft oil is good. Great for Ford vehicles. However 5w-30 is twice the price of 10w-30. So in the summer save yourself some money.

5W/30 is better or 10W/30? why?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE

they are both 30 weight, the advantage of the 5 against the 10, is that the 5 is thinner, so its easier to get in between all the nocks and crannies, to lube everything better, to protect from friction, and regular wear and tear.Q:
