Definitely feel engine smoothness and increase power performance. Forget about platinum plugs, go with iridium which last longer due to higher melting point. Since most cars today are more difficult to change plugs because removing cover and intake manifold, use a longer lasting plug will save you in the long run. Of course, it costs more.

I replaced my Autolite Platinums with the NGK iridiums and I felt the difference immediately. The idle in my Dodge Stealth Turbo smoothed out; also the acceleration is a much improved. The best thing of all is that I do not have to replace these plugs for quite a long time. These plugs will not add power, but they will keep your car in top condition much longer.
