      This motor first moves in a slightly down position
      before going up so you have to have your blades up
      higher in the parked position than normal.

          A:

          If you open the hood, follow the windshield to the bottom and it should come to a plastic cover. Under that plastic cover that has vents, should be your wiper motor.
