With reference to your inquiry on this Cardone Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF) - Remanufactured (Part No. 74-50031), the Mass Air Flow Sensor is located between the resonator housing and the lower air cleaner box, which is in front of the left fender-well below the headlight (the bumper conceals it). The sensor is on the lower part of the air inlet pipe on your 2009 ford focus se.
