This filter is a direct replacement for the Honda OEM air filter for the 2007 (and other) Civic. The filter seems well made and is an exact fit into the air filter of the car. It is also very affordable.

A:
It really depends on your driving condtions. There is no set interval of when to replace your air filter. I would check it every time you get an oil change and when you notice it getting really dirty, to go ahead and replace it. Do not shake it out or blow air at it to get dirt out. Doing so could cause damage to the filter which could result in damage to the engine.Answered on 11/8/2010 by Mike the Auto Parts Master from AAP
