The "short" description of this radiator says "valeo" but I received a "Denso" replacement model instead.
The difference is different radiator cap size and drain value threads.
The Valeo model has a slightly bigger/deeper radiator cap and large threading for the drain value.
The Denso model is opposite.
Though I needed a valeo replacement, this denso model lined up with the OEM fans and hoses perfectly fine. It did came with a drain value but not a radiator cap which cost me an extra $10 when I had to go back to Advance auto parts.
If you drive an 98-02 Accord, then look around the top of your radiator for white sticker that will tell you if you have a Valeo or Denso model. You might have to clean off dirt to see it.
Be sure to bring your OEM drain value and cap to the store to make sure you got the right model. If not, then check if the replacement comes with the cap and drain value.
If you are unlucky and have a missing part then expect to make additional purchase.
Overall replacing the radiator can be done under 2 hours if you are prepare, if not then expect ~4 hours.

This is a very generic product, supposedly "designed" to fit multiple models. I checked online to spec this radiator out for my wife's 1998 Accord EX(4cyl). I asked the store to check again if this was the right one for the car. Unfortunately, when I installed it, we discovered that the driver side cooling fan did not align with the bottom tapped hole location.

good price came with correct radiator neck size for my cap and with new drain petcock. Had to improvise a little on bottom studs that mates to car, they were a little short for my comfort.

Comments about Ready-Rad Radiator:
After almost 200k miles the original Valeo radiator was blowing water from an upper seam. Tried JB-Weld and it held about a week, then blew again. I purchased this radiator and after a simple, drop-in installation, all is well. I believe this unit was manufactured by Valeo as well. The only issue was that Honda's original upper mounts interfere with the plastic on the radiator. I simply didn't tighten them down hard, just snug. I have been driving it this way for a week and it's been fine. I just need to get to my storage unit to get my grinder, and grind out a corner on the original Honda mounts. No big deal. Saved a bunch of money buying this radiator as opposed to the Honda OEM part!

Comments about Ready-Rad Radiator:
This radiator fit my 2002 accord perfectly. I am a mechanic by no means...but after watching youtube instructions this radiator was a breeze to install. I saved hundreds of dollars by replacing my radiator myself...the two hours it took to install was well worth the time and effort. Just make sure to take your time and you should have no problems.

Comments about Ready-Rad Radiator:
The radiator did NOT come with:
1) a cap. the associate in the store helped me find one, it was trial and error.
2) a drain petcock. If you plan on flushing/draining, you will have to remove hoses. and we all know when you remove hoses, you gotta replace them. so do yourself a favor and find a different radiator, one with a drain plug installed.
Comments about Ready-Rad Radiator:
This has no cap, no drain plug so you have to pull the lower hose to drain the radiator, standard cap does not fit.
So don't buy it. Go to O'Reilly or NAPA and buy one that actually is an exact fit.

Q:
Can I change from a Valeo type radiator to a Denso type radiator? I have both radiator fans, so buying the different fan isn't a problem. What is the difference between the two, aside from the mounting points for the fans?1 answer
