Comments about Rancho RS5000 Series Shock:
Great solution for my Ranger 4X4 torsion front suspension. Ford no longer offers front shocks for the factory lifted version Ranger. This is a great shock for this vehicle. Perfect fit.

With reference to your inquiry on the Rancho RS5000 Series Shock - part# RS5229, as the lower mounting bracket is not wide enough to accept the shock, the truck bracket has to be bent a bit. However, I would suggest you to get assistance from a certified mechanic in order to avoid intermittence.
