Very easy to install, but requires at least one other person or a steady way to block open the lift gate to prevent from closing while installing the struts.

These struts replaced the originals on a 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L, even though the online tool and store computer doesn't list them as applicable. Believe me, they are and they fit and perform very well. I had to rotate the shaft end fitting 90 degrees for proper position. A screwdriver is all that is needed. Works very well and good deal with discount coupon. Ordered online and picked up at store 15 minutes later. EASY!

I just replaced the rear hatch (door) lift struts on my 2006 Odyssey EX-L, even though the web sight says they're not the right part. Well, they are. They fit great and do what they're supposed to do. I did have to rotate the lower end (shaft end) 90 degrees to position the end fitting to receive the ball. Only tool required was a small flat screwdriver.

Easy process to select the lift support parts online and pick-up at my local Advance Store. Parts were perfect match for the OEM parts at half the cost. To make the installation faster have someone hold the lift gate while you install the supports. I used a pole, so it took a little longer to install. Beware, the gate is heavy without the supports!!!

Works perfectly on 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring w/ the power lift gate. Was worried that with the power lift gate there may be some incompatibility, but works flawlessly.

This Strong Arm lift support B6117, was a replacement for the rear lift gate support on a 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L, I'm very please with the quality and the way it performed, much stronger over the Honda OEM one, this a must to consider when replace the rear OEM lift support for most of Honda Odyssey owners.
