The air temperature sensor is always located along the ducting of the air intake between the throttle body and air filter housing. The air temperature housing sends its signals to the ECU of the vehicle and not the gauge cluster. The temperature gauge inside the vehicle is the temperature of the coolant.A:
This part is located in the A/C ducting usually in the center ducts. Looking through the vents, you usually can see them.
