tried to use the other pads offered b/c they were half the cost. Ended up hating them b/c they would squeak everytime I touched the pedal. Installed these and they are dead silent. Even after 6 months and almost 20k miles, still dead silent and they look brand new.

They come up for a 93 Honda Civic LX but they are physically to big to fit into the drum housing. They are the wrong part for this car!!!!!

Both Wagner ThermoQuiet® Brake Shoes - Rear - part# PAB576 and the Wagner ThermoQuiet® Brake Shoes - Rear - part# PAB627 are an exact fit for your 2005 Honda Civic LX. The only difference is the part# PAB576 fits for both ABS and NON-ABS excluding Hybrid vehicles and the part# PAB627 fits only for NON-ABS including Hybrid vehicles.
