If the compressor is not turning, jump the switch on the receiver dryer and see if the clutch engages. if it does and goes off as soon as you undo the jump, then you are low on refergirent also if you jump the harness that goes to the low pressure switch and its starting to blow cold, it means that the low pressure switch is bad. However, I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified A/C mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.Q:

you are correct this connector body WILL NOT fit a 99 olds 88 as they said resistor is correct cost me 5 days and another 40 dollars for their mistake did not have another 5 days to await shipping to see if they missed it again.CUSTOMER CARE

you want to go from 85 to 86 positive and negative and also 30 to 87a and 30 to 87 you will hear it click when the switch opens if you dont hear it then you know its bad, and if 85 to 86 doesnt click then you know its bad because thats powering the relay. I would try 85 to 86 first.Q:
