Comments about NTK Oxygen Sensor:
This is the part you need to replace the rear O2 sensor on the 4 cylinder Honda Accord with California emmisions standards. It costs 3 times the non-Cali emmisions sensor from AAP, but to get the original part from the dealer and have it installed (only $50 or so for installation, which is really quite easy) will be 3 times THIS price, so this is worth it! However, there are rubber wire protectors that snap into the cable clips (all included with this sensor...everything I needed was in the box), but some of them were an inch or so off from where they should be, so I had to loosen the crimp on each of them and slide them up the wires, but it eventually fit. Had the wire been a couple of inches longer (for more play between clip locations), or the crimps not so tight, then installation would have been way easier than it already was. My P0141 code is no longer bothering me!

Replacing the oxygen sensor depends on the skill level of whoever is removing or replacing the part. Some may have a harder time than others who have experience. I would recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.
