G35 doesn't have OEM gasket on oil pan but this gasket fits 100% perfect. Very easy to install than using just RTV sealant only.

It is not recommended to use any silicone sealer when replacing this Felpro Oil Pan Gasket Set - part# OS 30688 or any other composite or rubber gasket. Use of silicone sealer on an oil pan gasket may dramatically increase the chances for a leak and make it harder to get the proper torque on all the bolts around the pan.
