Replacing o2 sensor resolved stalling out and loss of power issues before complete warmup.
Was a witch getting the old rusted sensor out but new one went in within seconds.

Replaced this during an exhaust replacement and it corrected a stalling-out issue as the failed sensor was giving the computer a false signal. Now it runs like a top!!!

                A:

It should not be too hard to change out the oxygen sensor on your Grand Cherokee. You will most likely need the oxygen sensor socket, but the top oxygen sensor should be accessible from under the hood and the lower sensor should be accessible from underneath the vehicle.
