Comments about NGK G Power Spark Plug:
I used bosch and autolite in the past. Bosch die fast and you get duds all the time, plus they cost a fourtune. The Autolite are cost effective but simply just wear out. NGK are the best for the money. I've never had a dud and never had one fail me even after putting 50,000 plus miles on them. The only issue i have ever had with one was I striped the plugs threading trying to replace them. Some anti-seize lubricant probly would have prevented this so I recommend getting some for use with these plugs.

Q:
are these plugs pre gapped for my 2008 Jeep Patriot 2.4L?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
This part NGK G Power Spark Plug, Part No. 7098 is an exact fit for your 2008 Jeep Patriot Limited 2.4L. The spark plug from the factory will come with a gap to a pre-selected setting, this may not be the right gap for your particular engine. The incorrect plug gap for your engine can contribute to a high rate of misfires, loss of power, plug fouling, poor fuel economy, and accelerated plug wear. It is always best to check the gap against the manufacturer's specifications. If adjusting the gap on fine wire or precious metal plugs such as platinum or iridium be very careful not to apply any pressure or prying force to the fine wire center electrode or insulator as they can be damaged. The gap should be adjusted by only moving the ground electrode.Q:
Are these spark plugs good for 100,000 miles or if not, at what mileage should they be changed ?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
I would change these plugs out according to your manufacturer maintanance schedule.
