I put these plugs in my 2008 Hyundai accent and had no problems at first. That took about 3 weeks to happen, First it was a slight miss that would go away and as time went on it got worse and worse to the point that it made my Check engine light flash. After it cost me 116 dollars at the local stealership to get it fixed i looked on the internet and found its an issue with more then just hyundais. The going guess is either the gap is too big or it takes more juice then the coil pack can generate. If you own a hyundai i would advise you to steer clear of this plug. Bosch has been questionable lately

Comments about Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plug:
I have a 1998 Blazer ZR2. I have 199,000. miles on it at this time.
I installed the Bosch Platinum+4's in it at 98,000. mile and it has run great ever since. I got a little increase in my mileage. and the performance improved as well. I would recommend them to anyone.
Comments about Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plug:
After 20,000 mi. with these plugs my 1996 Toy Tacoma first became hard to start, then misfired to the point that it was undriveable. I bought the Denso plugs that's recommended and replaced them now everything seems fine. I noticed a slight difference in the electrode of the three plugs on the drivers side of the eng. The drivers side plugs were eroded to almost a needle like shape .05mm dia. The passenger side plugs were 10 times the diameter and smooth flush with the insulator.

Comments about Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plug:
Tried these twice. Works fine at first but after about 6 months of driving, some caused a low idle miss. Seems to be due to carbon residue and the small tip.

Comments about Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plug:
This is the third set of Bosch Platinum +4 spark plugs I've purchased. It might have been more but they last a long time, typically 100k miles. Our '98 Toyota 4Runner with about 285k miles is on its second set. I noticed the gas mileage started falling below normal (18-21 mpg)so I changed the air filter with minimal effect. So I next bought another set of +4's and the mileage is averaging close to 20 all the time. The set I just bought is going into my wife's Highlander (you may detect a couple of patterns...) and, at 94k, hope to see some improvement, as it is falling behind the 4Runner. I just have to figure out how to get to the rear bank of cylinders. Bosch has an Iridium Fusion plug with the 4 grounding straps like the Platinum +4 but Advance doesn't carry them. I would like to try them if they start carrying them. Meanwhile, I'll stick with the Platinum +4's.

Comments about Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plug:
I hate getting my hands dirty and doing routine (but necessary) maintenance tasks like changing oil and spark plugs. So when a product comes along that lets me do an ugly task only half as often, I'm interested. I've used Bosch Platinum Plus 4 plugs in a number of vehicles and have always been pleased that I easily get 100,000 miles between spark plug changes, and that the performance over that interval is so remarkably consistent. Yeah, plugs can be regapped and electrodes cleaned, but it's still a pain to get them out, do the deed, and put them back. The Plus 4 Platinums have 4 of the sacrifical electrode, and the physics of sparks distribute the erosion equally over the life of the plug. The added benefit is that the consistent arc performance results in less stress in high voltage components (wires, coils) which lets them operate more comfortably in the middle of their performance space for more of their lifes.
I recommend these plugs especially for older vehicles or those that must operate in cold or wet environments that stress the starting system.
