You MUST use the tool. Had to buy one, noone had one for loan or rent. picture and papers showed three bolts... well, there's four. took 5 hours, a lot of that was discovering the fourth bolt.

Make sure you get the special tool. now shown on the web page, with the pump. I used the OTC brand. I feel safer with it than the Lisle version.
