Comments about Dorman - Autograde Wheel Nut Lock Chrome Acorn Lock M12-1.50, Hex , Length 1.421 Inch:
went to install the nuts and locks, nuts went on fine, no problem, but when it comes to the keyed locks, my wheels dictate a 100 lb/ft lock down torque, I did 94 at first, when I removed the key to go to the next wheel, I noticed the wheel lock was starting to deform, needless to say I got that thing off. I am now waiting on Gorilla wheel locks to come in.

TOTAL JUNK, THE WHEEL LOCK KEY CAME APART ON THE ORIGINAL INSTALL WITH 1/2 RATCHET. SAYS ALL OVER THE PACKAGE & KEY DO NOT USE IMPACT.. THAT SHOULD OF BEEN A SIGN. I RETURNED THEM TO THE STORE 2 DAYS LATER.

Rust appears fast, which does not make your wheels look all that hot with one rusted lug nut on each wheel.

easy to install, crucial to get the correct style when ordering pay attention to detail how the lug seats when installed does it have a bevel or washer needed so wheels do not get damaged when locking lugs are installed.

A:
you can return to the store however if you ordered online I would re-order the correct item if you made a mistake ordering retutn the wrong item to the stotore and they will issue credit,if you got a special price online you will get the online price credit but you will pay the store price if you purchase the item at the store that is your choice.Example buy brake pads online they are cheaper, locking wheel lugs cheaper online, exchange wheel lugs same car, same mfg.but correct lugs you wont get the same price (at the store)even though they are for the same car same price(the store will be higher priced)the store will give you a credit or exchange with a smile no hassel return.Good to do business withCUSTOMER CARE

This not a key for the locking nut you already have on your vehicle. This is a new lug nut and key to put on your rims.
