Yes, you will need to buy 2 kits of the Driveworks Suspension Sway Bar Link Kit - Part No. DW-K5254 or the Driveworks Suspension Sway Bar Link Kit - Part No. DW-K8988 for both sides in front. The only difference between these parts is the fitment application. The former part fits various models of GM from 1957-1986 while the latter parts fits only an Isuzu Hombre 1996-1997.
