A:
To disconnect the old switch, you will first most likely have to pull of the door panel of your vehicle. The door panel should only be held on by a few clips or screws. Once the door panel is out, the switch should be pretty easy to access. Just unbolt the screws holding it in place and disconnect the wiring and then replace it with the new switch and hook everything back up in reverse.Answered on 6/1/2010 by Mike from AAP
