I have been using NGK spark plugs for two decades and will continue to use. My Lincoln LS factory spark plug read Motorcraft on one side and NGK on the other. They were Iridium and at the time were $14 each. I coughed up the money and installed the NGK. Shortly after I did some reseach and found Champion made a double Iridium for $7 range. I installed a K&N filter after discovering the horrible fitup of the stock airbox. The lid never fit right and I was conserned about letting unfiltered air into engine. I put the Champions in at the same time and had problems Junk. Only after changing to K&N did I have check engine faults. Many and often I would take a trip to Advance to get the code. All were air/fuel related. I had a super lean condition I attribute to the Iridium plugs and filter. Plug insulator was ghost white but engine never misfired. Long story short I changed to single platinum NGK and that cooled things down just enough to correct fuel mixture problem. Single platinum cost roughly $8 less than Iridium or double platinum. My car has hit 27.5 MPG on the highway and I am very pleased with general performance. I have 116k miles on the car and have NEVER replaced a coilpack which is highly unusual. Great spark plug. I use them in my lawn mower and have never pulled more than 3 times in the spring initial start.

Comments about NGK G-Power Spark Plug:

Thought all spark plugs were the same.. Boy was I wrong!!! These pugs help improve gas mileage and horse power.. The Idle is so smooth that I almost dont know it's running! My 97 expedition apparently had the factory plugs in it cause thats the only way you can get to the back 4 plugs..! I mean these plugs are awesome well worth the extra money apposed to buying the cheaper plug..!! I usually don't write reviews. But I feel these plugs warrant a great review. Serously buy the plugs you wont be disapointed the are a hp booster and a gas saver...

Comments about NGK G-Power Spark Plug:

I purchased these spark plugs for my 98 Olds Delta 88, with 110,000 miles on it and factory plugs still in it. At first I was reluctant to use NGK plugs in an american product. I've had great luck using them in imports. These seemed like a good value for the money considering the age of the car. I couldn't see paying twice as much for AC delco factory plugs considering the age of the car. I installed them along with a new set of wires. The car started up without issue and runs great. I will use these again on other cars.

I changed the plugs and COP's on my '02 Mustang GT at the same time. I felt an immediate increase in acceleration and a smoother engine at idle. I suspect my fuel mileage will improve, also.

I replaced the plugs and wires on a 2002 Explorer that I bought recently. I has 55,000 miles on it. The original plugs were probably OK, but the wires needed to be replaced. I just wanted a single platnum plug replacement that didn't cost a lot (or required that I sent in for a rebate). These fit my needs. The vehicle is running good and I'm getting better gas mileage. After one month of use, so far so good.

Comments about NGK G-Power Spark Plug:

If you own a 2003 up Crown Victoria or Police Interceptor, this is the plug you want.
First, DON'T change your plugs unless the engine is completely cool, I suggest overnight and do it first thing in the cool morning.Aluminum heads that expand and steel plugs that are hot, can make for stripped threads and an expensive trip to the mechanic, be forewarned.
            Second, check the gap .054
Third, remove Coil On Plug unit, discoonect wiring carfully and pull up gently.
Fourth, if you have an air compressor, blast air down the plug area "before" removing the old plug, to clean out any debris that might fall in the open plug hole while removing the old plug.
Fifth, you will need a nice long extension on your plug socket.
Sixth, a piece of vacuum line, about 5-7 inches will come in handy in putting in the new plugs, by using the vacuum line attached to the plug tip and lowering in the hole, then using the vacuum line to thread the first few threads and not get something cross threaded.
Seventh, USE ANTI-SIEZE sparringly, but use it, again, two dissimilar metals can make for fun issues if you don't use caution.
Eighth, one plug at a time, patience, and yes you will be able to get to them all fairly easily on the Crown Victoria, you will have to remove that neat looking engine cover though, but you can handle it.

Once done, beverage of your choice, check all coil connections to make sure you plugged them all back in, start her up, let idle, then turn off, enjoy the rest of the day.
