Difficult removal of of old o2 sensors on 01 dodge truck. Used a torch and came right out. Regular o2 7/8 socket does not fit.

This is the most expensive O2 sensor of the 4 on the '04 Durango. Must drop the drive shaft to get to the connector.

The crank sensor, fuel pump and filters and even the throttle body may be the problem. However, I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.Answered on 11/7/2011 by Vincent from AAP
