This part fits in the back of the Walker catalytic converter (part# 16369). You will need a different round gasket for the front.

Comments about Walker Exhaust Gasket:
This gasket was a perfect fit with the Walker Cat Converter. Use this style gasket inplace of the OEM (metal O-ring)style with the Walker converter.
Comments about Walker Exhaust Gasket:
This fit fine on the rear side of my new Bosal CAT on my 98 Honda CRV, keeping the original resonator. Also picked up 3 1 1/2" stainless steel bolts and nuts at the hardware store.

Comments about Walker Exhaust Gasket:
Do not buy this for a 1990 525i or a car with an M20 engine. This gasket is the wrong size.
