What are the 2 larger hole to the right? I;m looking for the gasket that bolts the oil filter assembly to the block. This gasket has 3 holes(fluid ports) and 4 bolt holes in it. The large hole in the bottom is the Coolant inlet while the 2 holes in the right is Oil inlet and Oil outlet. Yes, you will have to remove the coolent bolt to replace this unit.Answered on 10/12/2011 by Auto Part-er Andy from AAP
