With reference to inquiry on the Dorman - OE Solutions Power Window Regulator and Motor Assembly - Part No. 741-881, to install this Power Window Regulator and Motor Assembly on 1995-1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo follow these steps: Insert the bottom of the regulator through the access opening, then rotate the top through the opening while lowering the regulator to clear the top of the access opening and align with the holes in the door inner panel. Install the upper right base plate bolt/screw, followed by the lower base plate bolt/screw. Tighten to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm). Install the upper left rivet, followed by the lower right rivet. Install the cam nut and tighten to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm). Install the electrical connector, if equipped. Securely snap the sash insulators to the bottom edge of the window. Position the window between the inner and outer panels. Point the lower front corner of the window down and pass through the belt opening, aligning the edges with the door window channel. Turn the window to a horizontal position and align the holes in the window with the holes in the regulator sash. Install the rivets. Install the window run channel. Install the inner and outer belt sealing strip. Install the water deflector. On the Monte Carlo, install the energy absorber pad. Install the door trim panel as outlined in this section.
