This kit is for caster adjustments.Answered on 10/9/2010 by Kevin the King of Auto Parts. from AAPA:
Near as I can tell these change where the radius arm is located in the rear bracket. this changes the angle the ball joints pivot on. Same priniple as changing the angle of the front fork on a bike.Answered on 9/10/2011 by Jpn914 from Miami
