BWD Switches are manufactured to meet or exceed OE performance. Late model vehicles combine controls into a single column mounted switch assembly so that the driver has ready access to windshield wipers and washer, turn signals, headlights, and cruise control. Product great, & p/u ready 15 minutes later. The only gripe I have is that if you are offering a discount online then if someone comes into the store with a specific part request having already researched it online & saves your staff the time and effort, then give us the discount at the store level. I went to store, actually had to go back, order online & then back to store to p/u to get my discount!

Well this all depends on the skill level of whoever is removing or replacing the part. Some may have a harder time than others who have experience. I would recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle.
