Comments about Fenco Power Steering Pump:

Original pump was quiet, this pump howls.
It took a good 20 minutes to get core charge due to what appears to be advanced auto parts database problem.
Had to buy a box of random sized o-rings since the supplied supply / low pressure side o-rings were the wrong size. Came with two, one too large the other too small. Not cool.

Two stars maybe too high a rating. 1.5 stars seems appropriate.

It is a total pain to install on a nissan maxima. It is low and on the firewall side of the V-6. It is messy, it is time consuming. Wrenching reqires a lot of extentions, universal joint and a combination of 1/2" and 3/8" sockets and a variety of open/box end wrenches. Gear wrenches made the job doable.

Comments about Fenco Power Steering Pump:

This power steering pump was for a 96 maxima and is working well after two weeks of use. Fit properly but you have to transfer all the fittings and pulley from your old pump and it is a difficult install, so leave plenty of time to do it right and torque the fittings properly to avoid leaks.
