Q:
I have a 2001 mercury cougar that will not start and i just replaced the starter and the battery is brand new. When i turn the ignition switch to start the car, there is no sound of anything. its silent. but i did notice a red light on the dash that flashes constantly for about a minute then stops like if its some kind of code?
