Comments about Spectra Premium Fuel Tank Straps (includes 2 straps):
Fuel tank straps on 2002 Cougar V6 had rusted out. Replaced with these Spectra Premium straps. They fit like a glove. Even though the Advance Auto Parts database says they are not compatible with 2002 Cougar V6, they are. I found this out by going online to a Cougar forum, NewCougar.org. A guy had the same experience with his rusted out fuel tank straps, same car, and had discovered that these straps would fit, so shared that info online. Thanks to Advance Auto Parts having them in stock, I paid [$] for the pair. If had to purchase through dealer, would have cost [$].
