Q:
2006 VW Passat 2.0T front end making loud roaring "woomp woomp" noise at speeds over 30 mph. Louder the faster you go. I think I have a bad wheel bearing. How do I know if I need to replace the hub assembly, or just a bearing? How do I determine if it's the wheel bearing, and not a bad CV joint?Asked on 9/14/2012 by pemobley from Savannah, GA1 answer
