Comments about Mr. Gasket Fuel Pressure Regulator:
I read the reviews but couldn't believe that the product was as bad as people said. IT IS THAT BAD!! Mine didn't leak as several people experienced. However, after only about 10 minutes use, it simply quit regulating. The measured outlet pressure of my electric fuel pump is 5.5 psi. The measured fuel pressure after the regulator is 5.5 psi--at any setting. That is absolutely inexcusable. I hope that you will learn from my experience and others. Save yourself money, time and hassle by just leaving this junk in the store.

Comments about Mr. Gasket Fuel Pressure Regulator:
Ok, there are alot of reviews saying this product leaks, even when fuel pressure is low, and id agree if you just throw this on after buying it, it would, but i noticed when ir eceived this product that 5 of the screws on the bottom holding the housings together were loose, if you spend the couple minutes to tighten these screws pretty tight before install you should have no issues, been running it for almost a month, fuel psi is standing still at 4.5 psi when it used to be about 8-9. Id say if you tighten those screws before install all should be good.

Comments about Mr. Gasket Fuel Pressure Regulator:
I installed this on my T-bucket hot rod, which runs a stock GM fuel pump and a Rochester Quadrajet carburetor. After just a 5 minute ride, this regulator had quit working and was running full fuel pressure to my carburetor. Don't waste your time and money. Spend a few more bucks for a quality regulator, if such is to be found. I would not even recommend this to an enemy !

Comments about Mr. Gasket Fuel Pressure Regulator:
The regulator does not do a good job of regulating the fuel pressure. I had another one on my car and it worked fine till it started leaking. I use a fuel pressure gauge and it's not close to what the gauge reads. It looks nice and will do for a replacement, the price for it in my opinion is too high for what the product is supposed to do. And do know what I'm talking about too, Retired drag racer.

Comments about Mr. Gasket Fuel Pressure Regulator:
These "dial" type of regulators used to be of better quality back many years ago when they were not made in China, but now days every thing is it seems. Use available discounts when possible, in my opinion not worth [$], only bought this using an Advance Auto Parts promo discount, and needed it to regulate the pressure of an electric fuel pump added to the car before I purchased it. Mine does not leak, I sealed the fittings with a little Permatex #2. Looks good in engine compartment, but on close inspection the finish is not quality. Again, our Chinese imported parts. I would only recommend to a friend if they really needed it to get a vehicle on the road.
