With reference to your inquiry on the Sylvania Long Life Incandescent Mini Bulb -part# 3157/4157NA LL, you can manually open the headlight, remove the hood stop (for extra clearance) and reach it from the top. It will be to the left and has a release for 1/4 turn removal. It actually is inserted vertically instead of horizontally.
