    Soo... It appears that this may be the Front Crankshaft Seal. Why does it come up, when I query wheel seals? Is it indeed the Front Crank Seal, or a wheel seal???

    I dont know for sure if this is my problem how could i tell? It sprayed oil all over the passanger side of my engine top to bottom and i cant tell u where it came from

      A:

      When it comes to oil leaks like that, it is really hard to tell where it is coming from. Your best bet is to wash the engine down to clean it up and then drive your vehicle like you usually would and contantly check it to see where the leak is coming from.

      I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.

      This is the gasket/seal meant to prevent leaks between the engine timing cover and the engine block.
