Having changed the oil on my vehicles for some 20 years now, I have never been so disappointed with a filter. A product made in the U.S.A. nonetheless. I spent 20 minutes vainly attempting to get the threads of this Purolator Classic filter started on a 2005 Toyota Sienna. Thinking I may have ordered the wrong one I went back to the website to double-check. It was the right one. Since I started the oil change after ours, I ended up making a late night run to W-mart to get a Fram Extra Guard. It took all of 15 seconds to thread the Fram completely to the engine. I put the Purolator where it belongs, in the trash.

CAUTION: The Purolator Data Base recommends the L10241 filter for my 1990 SAAB 16 Valve TC engine. The correct match to the OEM filter is the L14670.
