I was greeted warmly ,and they seemed to be in a very good mood for the time of day it was it was almost time for them to leave work. they maid sure that i had every thing i needed be for i left. i will recommend you to my friends . I'm a single father that is planning a wedding and don't have a lot of money . although you have discontinue this item . I have found them to be a good pair of brakes pads . I had no problem installing them . it was a fast and ez job . I needed no help installing them. at this time i would put the product they you are discontinuing to be a good and safe product. thank you
