Need to replace the bearings in the rear, is this a complete assembly or do I need to order Inner/Outer/Seal/Cup/whatever seperately?

      A:

This shouldn't be a complete set. You should need seals and inner and outer bearings and race's.

I would recommend replacing the the outer race when you replace the bearing because of wear patterns that form after use.
