Q:
i have a 75 ford f250 that originaly had a 360 in it. i just installed a 184 tooth flywheel ring gear because mine striped out. The truck has a 460 out of a lincoln. They repalaced the bellhousing to use the big block but the transmission is still the 360. Is there a different starter I should be using to get everything to mesh up or am i forced to tear the whole thing apart again which i am strongly trying to avoid because i have no garage. The flywheel is a frg184t and the starter is a p3124. Any help would be much appriciated.Asked on 11/23/2009 by Frank the Tank from Topeka, ks0 answers
