where is it located on a 2002 ford f350 7.3

        A:

The orifice tube is the smaller of the two lines at the evaporator. If you can see the two metal evaporator lines, you will notice the end of the high pressure line at the evaporator coming from the condenser. It has a slight bulge in it, that is where the orifice tube is located.

        A:

The orifice tube could be located at the EVAPORATOR INLET, mid way between the EVAPORATOR and the CONDENSER (in-line) or at the CONDENSER OUTLET.

Just off the passenger side fender wall, below and a bit forward of the accumulator. Look for the spring-lock connector attaching the hose to the evaporator.

For help with your project, I recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.

If you follow the condenser outlet tube from the condenser back, look closely and you should see a small crimp in the line. Where that small crimp is, is where the orifice tube is located.

The best location we can give without knowing the vehicle information is that it is located inside the A/C tubing.
