I'm very OCD about all my vehicles exterior appearance and have always hated gas caps that dangle down against the side of the car or fall out of the holder on the access lid.
No more! With the capless filler I just insert the nozzle, top it off and I'm done. I use this filler cap on 2 of 3 of my vehicles with no issues. I'd use it on my third car, but Stant doesn't make one for it.
Some car makers are putting these on these on new vehicles.

Comments about Stant Fuel Cap:
Gas pump shuts off when trying to use the InstantFill feature which is basically a valve with a spring inside that opens and closes a lid as the fuel pump nozzle is or out. Since it is assumed that InstantFill will be used, it is not easy to twist the cap open or closed because it is completely smooth on the circumference. I would not recommend this product.

This product fits the GL fine, however, due to the distance between the cap and the OEM flap, it cannot be used with most gas spouts.
