In the chat they told me this would be the exact part I needed for the positive battery cable on my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant, and it was dead wrong. Wasted [$]because if I pay the 10 bucks to return it, I save $3.99. This part (I thought was special order to match the manufacturer's) was some junk I could've bought at any auto parts store in town for $12. I'll never use this place again, and go out of my way to share this experience with everyone I know or meet in the future. Thanks for nothing Advance Auto Parts. I'm sure you'll edit this or omit this from your site since it's not favorable to you.
