Comments about Tridon (Novita Tech. Inc) Electronic Turn Signal Flasher:

Replaced regular tail light bulbs in 1993 Ford Taurus with a set of four LED bulbs.Original flasher unit was not used to quick on/off of the LEDs-would flash too fast. This new unit returned the lights to a more normal pattern.LED compatible as described.

Comments about Tridon (Novita Tech. Inc) Electronic Turn Signal Flasher:

The EP34 does not physically fit a 2003 Taurus as claimed. One, it is taller than the OEM flasher which prevents reinstallation of the plastic junction box cover. Two, it has an alignment tab on the | blade side of the three |= blades which prevents fully seating the flasher - it fits cockeyed.

I bought some LED bulbs for my rear turn signals. When plugged in, they hyper-flashed. WIth this electronic flasher, the flashing is back to normal.

This was a direct plug-in into my '96 Civic DX sedan.

Now I'm looking for some LED bulbs for the front

This item just plugs in, without the snaps on the sides to hold it in place. I have found my turn signals quit working while I am driving because the plugs lose their connection. I have to reach under the dash and plug it back in. The quick/easy fix will be using electrical tape to secure it in place. Otherwise, I am satisfied.

I needed to upgrade when I switched to LED blinkers. Product is a standard, fungible electronic flasher. Nearly all are made by Tridon (which has like 90% of the flasher aftermarket), so the issue is less what you buy and more about where you buy from. In contrast to [@] retailers, Advance Auto Parts offered friendly shipping to APO/DPO (Thanks for supporting military buyers!) and good service. Arrived promptly, and part was very easy to install - took 5 minutes and no technical skill.
