My car had the "Check Engine" light on for many months while I was waiting until I had the money to fix the "Oxygen Sensor" 2 problem. I was very disappointed when I replaced 1st) the "flex pipe" on the exhaust system and 2nd) the resonators at the end of the exhaust pipes (my car has two!) --- and my car still didn't pass inspection because the "Check Engine Light" was STILL ON! The Inspection Station let me off (i.e., gave me the inspection sticker, but told me to get this fixed as soon as possible). However, I was still kind of worried driving around all winter with the "Check Engine Light" on. Now that the "Check Engine Light" is off, I am no longer worried my car will break down at any time! Since I didn't actually install the product [Premium Oxygen Sensor, manufactured by Bosch), I am not aware of the great or not so great characteristics of this particular part, as compared to other brands. However, I know Bosch is a good brand and I also know my "Check Engine Light" is now off! So I am a satisfied Advance Auto Parts customer. I also have a new mechanic who I trust -- which is important to me since I am a woman and I know some mechanics like to cheat women because they realize many of us don't know a lot about cars. . .

Got a P0135 engine code in my 2001 Focus. Pulled old sensor out & brought it with me. Replacement has a larger diameter body, but the threads and plug connector are the same. Didn't even have to remove the heat shield to remove/ install sensor. Reset code w/ Actron reader, car has been fine since.
