This light bulb is relatively cheaper and functions adequately. One of my headlight bulbs (driver side, low beam, outer) was broken and the other one on the right side works fine. Although people say it's best to replace both of the bulbs, but I just ordered one. This new one is neither too bright nor too dark, but work well in pair with the other one.

I ordered these online after reading mixed reviews regarding the fitment issue. I arrived at store for pickup and attempted to install them and as stated they didnt fit! It's the 9005 for the 2004 rx330 not the 9006 as stated! Since I paid for them online I did'nt bring my debit card thinking I wouldnt need it (since i used the paypal option). After attempting to install the 9005 I attempted to do a swap for the right bulbs the 9006. The clerk informed me that the sytems where totally seperate and he could not just exchange them that I had to have my card. He then uninstalled them a told me I would have to drive back yet again if I wanted them. Due to their inadequate compatibility problems with their system I have to drive 28 miles due to system errors! Im terribly dissapointed as the clerk stated "you should have just come in the store in the first place , thats a chance you take when ordering online" WOW!

Purchased online and was ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the store. The counter men were knowledgable and helpfull. No hassle sale. Had a problem when removing the old bulb, I mistakingly removed the high-beam bulb when it should have been the low-beam bulb, so I went back into the store and they exchanged it gladly for a high-beam bulb, then I realized my mistake and went back into the store to retrieve the original low-beam bulb. This was all while the store was closing. They told me if I had anymore problems just knock and they would be glad to help. Did not have anymore problems. Thanks, Advance Auto!

Very good experience with the help at Advanced Auto Parts. I was wrong when I checked the bulb I needed, however, the clerk easily exchanged it and replaced it for me in a matter of minutes. Very helpful. The part has worked correctly.

It says this light bulb is compatible with my 2006 toyota corolla LE. The car has daytime running lights, and the 9006 HBV bulb is less bright during the day, and brighter when the sensors feels it is getting dark. Does this headlight have that capability? My 1994 Corolla did not have daytime running lights but coincidentally used the same 9006 HBV bulbs. So without the sensor, the low beam acts as a regular headlight, but with it, it has 2 intensity settings?

I bought this Sylvania 9006 lamp for my 1999 Subaru Forester. But when I removed the old bulb, the new one looks nothing like it. The base is completely different (e.g., two prongs on an L shaped base vs three prongs on a straight base.) Am I missing something? Is there some way to adapt this to my car???
