The Automatic Transmission Solenoid is attached to the valve body in the transmission in your 2000 Toyota Camry 4 Cylinder vehicle. The valve body can be accessed by removing the transmission oil pan. This Pro-King Automatic Transmission Solenoid (Part No. 52-0201) is a 1-2 shift solenoid.
