The fan was easy to install but the plug on the new fan does not work with the receiving plug. The needs to be an adapter included withthe project because without the adapter the fan is completely useless for a 1998 Jeep Cherokee.

I have a 97 Cherokee SE. This fan is supposed to be a replacement, I installed the fan tried to make the electrical connection and found out it was the wrong type of connector! I fixed this by snipping the connector of the old fan, snipping the new one off and soldering the old connector to the new fan. A hassle for a [$] part, and something so simple as a fan!
