After the most vulnerable part of the tool is penetrated, no breakdown or flashover should occur when 5000V are applied applied for 3 minutes. After the tool is heated 158 degrees F. and 110 lb. force is applied, the sheath and guard should remain bonded to the metal. After the tool is exposed to a flame for 10 seconds the flame spread over the tool should be minimal. After the tool is chilled to -77 degrees F. the sheeting should not crack when a force is applied to the handle end. Set includes: 1000V Insulated Expert2 Cabinet Slotted Screwdrivers - 9/34" x 2.95", 5/32" x 3.94", 7/32" x 5.91"; 1000V Insulated Expert2 Phillips Screwdrivers - #0 x 2.95", #1 x 3.94", #2 x 4.92".
