ACCEL control modules provide high coil output and superior reliability. Dwell circuit ensures long coil charging. Current circuit protects from overheating. Resists false triggering from RFI sources. Distributor and remote mounts available.
I purchased this product as part of a "stealth HEI" upgrade on a 1990 Jeep Wrangler, with a "Nutter Bypass" and the "Team Rush" ignition upgrade. The concept is great, and the performance enhancement was a joy, until after approximately two months, the unit failed. Looking back at the Jeep info forums, failure of this type of module is fairly common. Big disappointment, especially when left stranded on the roadside!

Q:
The specs say that it will run on 4, 6 or 8 cylinder engines. A module that looks like this, made by GM is used in an external to the distributor ignition amplifier in a Jaguar 5.3 litre V12. Will this one work for this V12?
