      Some symptoms of a bad MAP sensor include:\nSurging\nRough Idle\nRich fuel condition, which causes spark plug fouling\nDetonation due to too much spark advance and a lean fuel ratio\nLoss of power and\/or fuel economy due to retarded timing and an excessively rich fuel ratio.
