    Requires some experience with electrical wiring because the factory wiring harness from old motor has to be used with new motor. Plug does not come on motor wiring.

                Easy swap out but noticed the end clips are a pain to reuse...actually broke on of them trying to put back on new wire. The question is, is it possible to by-pass those end clips and just use connectors to splice the wires? Any special connectors needed?

                  Yes, you can bypass it with a electrical connector. However the connector type differs as per vehicle. I would recommend that you check the connector type and then buy and install it.
